I have, at no point during this campaign been a Hillary supporter. But the woman rocked it at the DNCearlier this week, and I have to admit to getting a little teary with the shot reverse shots of Hilary and Chelsea. I too, am human. But perhaps her most quotable moment (besides her Sisterhood of the Travelling Pantsuits) was an impassioned:

“No Way, No How, No McCain!”

cut ahead four days and McCain thinks he can reel in the supposed legions of disillusioned, rabid Hillary supporters by throwing them a veritable bone in the shape of Republican Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin. McCain, I pray, has underestimated feminist voters, by propping up a cheap Geraldine Ferraro imitator. Am imitator who, when Ferraro was on the ticket in 1984 was the runner up for Miss Alaska. And more than a bastian of woman-based values is really a mini-McCain: younger, prettier, and maybe a little bit more crazy. She wants to teach creationism in school, and is also is “pro-life” and pro death penalty, anti gay-marriage, an avid game hunter with a lifetime membership to the NRA, and her husband works for oil company BP.

I hope that women are smart enough to see past this and cast their vote for Obama or Cynthia McKinney.

Not only all that, but Ms Palin has had virtually no contact with
Jewish people in America. In fact, most Alaskans still use the term
“to jew someone down” as part of their every day vocabulary when
speaking about bargaining at the store….so I guess Ms Palin has a
huge storehouse of inherited antiSemitic fixations based not on hatred
but on ignornace. Ask her what she thinks of Jewish people someone? I
am sure he only knows about 3.
